Terms and Conditions
You must complete the course or courses within 30 days of registration and payment. If you do not complete your course(s) in 30 days, your account will go into “inactive” status and you will need to click the “manage my account” link (which is located directly below the login fields) to re-activate your account. Once you re-activate your account, you are given another 30 days to complete your course(s). Any account that remains “inactive” for more than 30 days will lose any progress within the course – meaning your outline tree will collapse and you will need to redo previously completed sections and sub-sections. You can receive a full refund if you have not completed any section or sub-section within the course you purchased. You cannot cancel or receive a refund once you have entered the course.
